The Free Painting class at KUNSTGUT is a very small group consisting of max. 21 students. The students themselves choose their studying days. Criticisms will be given and tasks be set in cooperation with the artistic director Frank Pieperhoff. In addition, international guest artists will be invited and comment on the students´ work. So one´s own development will be mirrored by different opinions. This includes many points of view that can be advantageous for one´s own development.
The work situation in the Free Painting class is professional, and the atmosphere is pleasant and communicative. Exhibitions of the students´ work will be organized. Further, there are opportunities for exchange and insights into the work of professional artists at the many different events at KUNSTGUT.
Students of the Free Painting class can attend the Nude Drawing class and other classes and workshops at a very reasonable price.
